What are the shipping and return policies?
If your order is premade it will be shipped within 3-5 business days. If you have collaborated on a custom order, we will ship your item 3-5 business days after your product is completed. We ship internationally with an additional shipping charge.
With these items being handmade, they aren’t perfectly manufactured. Of course, we try our best to get them near perfect. We don’t accept returns but we will accept exchanges as long as the item is in perfect unworn condition. If sizing is an issue I am happy to alter at an additional cost.
What does the Custom Collaboration process look like?
It all begins with you contacting us. Once we receive the message notification, we will send you a form to fill out that goes over the different custom dress options (sleeve length, dress length, collar types, etc.). We will also send you a link that you can use to pay for the custom dress. Once we have received the payment and you have filled out this form, you will need to schedule a video call to go over your selected options and the fabric and vintage lace options that go along with your dress type. If you are local, we can do this in person. When the dress is nearly finished we will have another meeting where you will be able to make any final adjustments. Once we finish this final call and make any decided adjustments we will send the final product to you! If you are interested in seeing our custom dress gallery for ideas click here (coming soon)!
Note: You are welcome to use your own special materials to create an heirloom dress. If you are interested in this option please let us know in the form and we will work to get that material from you.
